My name is Kristina,
I am a Denver based fine art portrait photographer. My photography journey started several years back, and quickly became my passion and a full time career. Photography was always an important part of my life – my grandfather was a hobbyist photographer, I always had a lot of photographers among my friends and my dear mother-in-law is a very talented photographer. I draw a lot of inspiration from them. My goal creating a portrait not only to capture the person in a most beautiful and flattering way, but also create a special mood and atmosphere. I believe in creating meaningful portraits that my clients will want to keep and treasure.
What I love about photography is that there are inspirations all around, and every day I can learn something new. It is ever changing with current digital technology and software, variety of styles and trends – so there is always something new going on. It is exciting to be challenged and there is never a cap in photography on how much you can learn.
I was born in Moscow, Russia, raised in Vilnius, Lithuania. From the early years I felt passion for travelling, learning about foreign languages and cultures and their traditions. I was fortunate to travel quite a bit around Europe. Since I moved to the United States in 2004 I visited 24 states and Indonesia, Bali. I am available and happy to travel for photography assignments almost anywhere in the world.
