Christmas photosession is the best way to capture this magical time of the year. It is best to be spent with loving family and even better if you have a sister! Sofia and Sasha came to my studio to capture some of the special moments to make photographs for their Christmas cards. This year I was not planning on Holiday photo sessions, but I was really happy when I started getting the requests. It was so much fun to decorate! I choose to keep my set fairly simple, but festive – I opted for lots of sparkly LED lights, green Christmas branch and gold decor. Faux fur white throw and a wool chunky knit blanket completed the sets.
We decided to do our Christmas photosession late afternoon. Evening light outside gave us beautiful deep blue glow through the sheer curtains and made the Christmas lights really pop and sparkle.
This was not the first time I was honored to photograph Sasha and Sofia – I just love watching them grow! They are so much fun to photograph while they interact, laugh and be silly. We had so much fun during our Christmas photosession! We did a lot of not posed shots – I let them play and have fun. I only guided them a little to where to sit or which way to face. I just love seeing their happy faces in photos! For the first outfit girl’s mom – Marina brought cute and cozy pajamas – Sofia was wearing The Children’s Place pajamas and Sasha was wearing Carter’s . How cute are they!
The second outfits we had were beautiful dresses by Joyfolie and Tutu Du Monde. Sofia wore beautiful navy blue dress by Tutu Du Monde and Sasha wore gorgeous gold and white dress by Joyfolie. We did formal posed looks for these outfits. I think these beautiful dresses are so festive! These are perfect looks for the holidays.
